The State of Vermont's Department of Health (VDH) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of registrants of the Vermont Health Responder Management System (VT Health RMS) VDH wants to contribute to providing a safe and secure environment for our VT Health RMS users. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you, as a user of the VT Health RMS Site, what kinds of information VT Health RMS will gather about you when you visit the Site.
Disclosure of Personal Information
When registering on the Site as a volunteer in the Vermont Health Responder Management System registry, registrants agree to provide certain personal identifying information and professional credentialing information (collectively, Registration Information). VT Health RMS collects, uses, and maintains this Registration Information in implementing the Vermont Health Responder Management System registry. VT Health RMS administrators do not use the Registration Information provided by volunteer registrants to the Site except to the extent described in the Site's Terms of Service.
